By accessing or using our Site, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

 

1. Research Use Only

All products offered are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any form of personal application.

 

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

You are a qualified researcher, academic institution, or licensed professional conducting legitimate scientific research.

 

You are at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to purchase and use research chemicals.

You will not use our products as drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or household chemicals.

 

2. Compliance with Laws

Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The research compound remains untampered:

 

• Seal must be intact
• Packaging unopened
• Product not reconstituted or altered in any way
• Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
• Refunds apply only to the value paid for the peptide(s).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to decline refunds for products that do not meet the above conditions.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Orders placed before 1pm Monday through Friday will be shipped the same  day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day, or on the next business day. 

 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking  information via SMS or E-mail.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 24-36 hours, United States Postal delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.98  applies to orders shipping within the United States.

 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this  time. Please allow 36-48 hours from the time of confirmed payment to fulfill your order, excluding holidays and weekends.  Though, our goal is to get your parcel out before 2pm the day your order is received eastern standard time.

 

Transit times vary depending on your location distance from Indiana state - delivery may take 2 to 7 days, the standard time is 3 to 5 days. Because we cannot control when parcels are delivered we ask you allow 10 business days, not including holidays. Though average times very between 3 to 5 days.

 

Please note mail carriers may experience delays which can effect on time deliveries.  It has been reported that some receive notifications stating "delivered" when the product is not yet at their door. This occurs when a parcel is recorded as having been received in the vehicle that will drive it to the literal delivery address, it can be marked as delivered, though still on its way to the home.  Thus, if you get a notice as delivered, please allow 72 hours to receive said parcel, though likely it will be within 24 hours, but not guaranteed. 

 

To ensure a smooth resolution to any issues that may arise, we ask that you please contact us directly before pursuing legal or credit card agency involvement.  Additionally, unresponsiveness to our attempts to resolve any issues via email or SMS may be interpreted as an attempt to defraud our company. -We offer SecureSign for secure delivery.  By opting out you accept the responsibility for the loss, or stolen parcel. Should you opt-in we do all we can to secure delivery to your hands.

 

It is imperative that you contact us should your parcel NOT arrive when your parcel is expected.  Some parcels have been lost in the mail.  We work with the United States Post Office closely to help us determine when to send out a replacement parcel, if one is due. 

 

In the event you fail to contact us regarding any issue you may encounter and or fail to respond to any of our attempts to reach you to resolve any issue regarding your purchase will be seen as a demonstration of an attempt to try to defraud  us out of product.
